How to Request a Return or Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Access Your Account
Click here to log into your account to access your order history and request returns.
You'll need to:
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to access your account - no password required!
Step 2: Find Your Order
Once logged in, you can view your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Step 3: Request Your Return
- Click 'Request Return' next to the relevant order
- Select the items you want to return
- Choose your return reason
- Add any additional notes
- Submit your return request
Step 4: What Happens Next
After submitting your request:
- We'll review your return request
- If approved, you'll receive an email with return shipping instructions
- Pack your items securely and attach the provided return label
- Drop off your package with the specified carrier
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund
Note: Returns can only be requested for orders that have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
